With Blackmagic RAW, you can follow these steps:

1. Manipulate Camera RAW. Make sure the white balance, ISO, exposure and color spaces are correct. You can make these changes without penalty or degradation to the image.
2. Color grade with Lift Gamma Gain, etc.
3. Use Power Windows, OFX, etc., as necessary.
4. Reduce noise if necessary (Studio version only), and add sharpening as desired.
5. Export with Full data levels for YouTube or Vimeo.
