The parts of the formula in brief:
Step One: Separate the yin from the yang, and define them
Step Two: Put a mirror in front of yang so yin is only aware enough to pursue his immediate objective
Step Three: Introduce the helper
Step Four: Ask what the helper knows
Step Five: Yin achieves his goal or obtains his need
Step Six: The helper removes the mirror!
